The Champion Energy Services, LLC d/b/a Hello Energy ("Hello Energy", "we", "us", or "our") Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of our practices regarding our collection, use, and sharing of information. What Information We Collect

We collect personal information about you for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Hello Energy also collects certain technical information and this information is not considered Personal Information. Additionally, when a customer contacts the Hello Energy call center, a record of the phone call is also maintained, which includes the date, time of day, and caller ID information. The purpose of such monitoring and recording is for training, quality assurance purposes, and to review specific transaction requests.

The English version of this Privacy Policy shall always prevail in case of conflicts between it and any translations of our Privacy Policy.
